How We Work

  1. Face-to-face discovery session

    First, we meet with you and key executives to become familiar with your retirement plan and your particular concerns and goals. We look at your procedures, investments, fees, participation and savings rates, as well as the various features and services offered.

  2. Plan profile and analyses

    Depending upon the services requested, we will conduct a comprehensive plan survey to assess compliance with the Pension Protection Act of 2006, merits of investments offered, completeness of your investment policy statement, value of your fee arrangements, thoroughness of your documentation procedures, and the effectiveness of plan design and employee communications.

  3. Recommendations and discussion

    In our second meeting with you we will present our recommendations, answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to be your fiduciary partner, to assure that your retirement plan is effective and valuable — to both you and your employees.

  4. Develop action plan

    Once we have agreed upon solutions to meet your needs, we will develop a tactical action plan. We offer quality service, designed to ease your administrative burden.

  5. Implementation and oversight

    Whether it is an ongoing service such as delivering investment advice, or a concerted effort such as streamlining plan design, we implement all components of our recommended strategy to help achieve the success of your retirement plan.
